I am really looking forward to next week's game between the Steelers and the Ravens. Ray Lewis and Co. will have to turn in a sterling defensive performance in order for the Ravens to have a chance. Although their rookie QB (Joe Flacco) has had a nice run winning two playoff games, I think he going to be shell shocked after going up against the Steeler defense.
I was honestly wishing that he'd throw five interceptions, but not everyone can be as awesome as Jake delHomme.
And I certainly hope they cream the Ravens, just because I've had enough of Ray Lewis to last a lifetime. If we have to go through another fifteen minutes of his dancing at the Super Bowl, I might have to go rogue and start righting some wrongs.
I'm just curious, why would the next Super Bowl ring go on the thumb? At least with the Ravens, there will be a challenge. Big Ben had like twelve seconds to throw on some of those passes and if he could field the snap with just one hand, he could've ate a Primanti's while he was playing.
Cormac, the ring probably wouldn't go on the other thumb, but since our slogan for so long was "One for the Thumb," it just sounds good to say we need one for the other thumb.
Why does everyone hate Philip Rivers? Tough as nails, played valiantly with a torn ACL in last year's AFC Championship Game, best stats in the NFL this year.
Also, I see an all-PA Super Bowl. We're coming for you, Beckeye!
Feels good doesn't it? Now if we could just get the Penguins to waddle straight...

I haven't talked to my evil brother, but he must be thrilled, especially with Baltimore winning on Saturday. He was hoping to get them in the Championship game.
