Forgotten Classic Video of the Week

Since I couldn't put Flesh For Lulu on my Top 40 Songs of the '80s list - due to my own oppressive rules - I'm featuring their video for Postcards From Paradise today. It's one of my faves. Enjoy!

Wow, I don't remember them being that cute. I haven't heard this song in forever!

This actually is my favorite song from the Long Live The New Flesh album (smartly, it was also chosen as the first single.) Great job! B) I still have the cassette here somewhere (still need to buy the new reissue of the album.)

you just made me regret getting rid of Plastic Fantastic so now I'll have to go trade for it on Lala.com

Loraloo: I never really found them all that cute, but they had that British appeal.

Leeann: Of course, dear.

80s Nut: I have the cassette too! Yes, I need to upgrade to the CD. My favorite is a toss-up between this and "Sleeping Dogs." I love that whole record, er, tape. They were sadly underappreciated here in the States.

Moviequill: I never got a chance to check that one out. You should've sold it to me!

Who Does This Broad Think She Is?

My photo
I am a winsome muse who was sent to Earth to inspire an artist to turn a vacant building into the world's coolest disco roller rink. We fell in love along the way, and I foolishly gave up my immortality. When the disco craze ended and all the roller rinks were shut down, that lazy bum wouldn't get a job. We broke up and I was stuck on Earth with nothing to do and no one to inspire. So, now I write a blog.
