I clicked on that link, but got distracted with Dakota Fanning pictures, but then got distracted with Angelina Jolie pictures pretty much wasted 20 minutes....

Excellent - way to go!! Great article. I love Urban Legends. In fact, the other day I was looking for one of my favorite books which is a book of urban legends but done as cartoon strips. I think I lent it to a friend but it's awesome. Tell me if you ever want to do a celeb interview of me.

That Bloody Mary one always freaked me out. I've still never attempted it.

Ow, ouch - damn it - you're fast with that claw scratching.
Your love is so fickle.

You've been MEME'd! Or whatever it's called? Tagged?
I've never even heard that spider pimple one, but a very similar things happened to a friend of mine.

That was a fantastic article! I did that Bloody Mary thing when I was a kid and nothing happened, but I did give myself nightmares.

Hey, I loved that column! Sorry I was too lazy to log in and comment over there.

Your urban legends post is timely--Chicago has been experiencing a revival of the Homey the Clown trying to lure kids into a van scare from the early 90's.
I've never heard the room-for-one-more thing. And Bloody Mary always creeps the hell out of me. And I've always hated mirrors anyway, for various reasons.

The killer in the back seat story always got me. When they stop for gas and the attendant tries to warn them...gets me every time.

Beck, I just sent you an email I thought you might enjoy.
I love urban legends...and leave my eyes alone
